Horse Racing

Being not far away from the Inn, Cheltenham's world famous horse racing course is at Prestbury Park. The main hurdles event being the Gold Cup National Hunt Festival week in March and The Open in November.

And with Horse Racing available at nearby Stratford, Warwick and Worcester Racecourses, you are sure to find racing to meet your needs.

During Cheltenham Race Week we can provide Racing Breakfasts and Dinners for small groups.

Batsford and Westonbirt Arboretum's

Both these Arboretum's in Gloucestershire have some of the most spectacular tree gardens. Between them they have over 3000 different trees and shrub species. Why not consider taking a mid week break and come along in October, to experience these wonderful collections as the leaves and berries change colour this time of year.

All of us at The Crown & Trumpet Inn, Broadway, are looking forward to welcoming you to another enjoyable Christmas and New Year with entertainment, good food and drink, and plenty of merryment.

We are pleased to say that, once again, starting on the Friday November 28th and for the month of December we are offering our Christmas Beer Festival with a choice of 6 different Christmas beers over the month including our exclusively sold local Stanway Brewery's Lords-a-Leaping beer, as well as our very popular home-made mulled wine..

Friday 28th November
The Village is having the first Late Night shopping evening including horse drawn carriage rides and carol signers, where those late presents can be sought.
We currently have availability at the Inn, the Lower Mill Cottages and Laburnum Cottage

Friday 7th December
Family festive entertainment is provided for the second Late Night shopping evening takes place with a Mummers Play at the Crown and Trumpet Inn.
