Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions
Thank you for enquiring and booking with us.
We will try to provide the room requested but due to overlapping reservations this may not always be possible.
We will endeavour to help you have an enjoyable stay with us. Below are the conditions that we have to make you aware of.

Between Cotswold Holidays and the Client.
The Contract will be entered into when Cotswold Holidays issues the confirmation letter or e-mail and will be subject to all the Booking Conditions.
The reservation of the room shall be in the name of the person who completes the booking, who shall be responsible for the actions of all persons included and should ensure that they are aware of and comply with the Booking Terms and Conditions.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments may be made by credit card or debit card.
No charge will be made for payments by UK cards.
If we are unable to re-let the accommodation for part or all of the period of the booking at all then the full rental is forfeit.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
The day of arrival should be no later than 8.0 p.m; and that the rooms please be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure so we may have them prepared for the new arrivals.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Prices are based on the room only, with up to two people in the room.
The price includes VAT.
Breakfast is optional and is priced at £12.50 per person as an extra charge if required and is served from 8.15 until 9.30 a.m.
Cotswold Holidays does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy of any verbal information given or statements made by its servants or agents.
Regretfully we cannot allow them in the bedrooms but we do offer part of the bar where they are allowed
For bookings for one and two nights, weekends, Bank Holidays, The Cheltenham Festival, or made less than thirty days before the commencement of the booking the total fee is payable.
The first night is the required deposit for three midweek nights or more and is payable when the booking is made.
The balance will be taken 30 days before arrival.
As we have very limited accommodation all bookings are taken on the understanding that it is a positive booking and regretfully there will be no refund on cancellation.
We strongly recommend Clients to take out Cancellation Insurance. You may be able to claim on your Cancellation Insurance.
